We’ve been out and about across the country this past few months, meeting swimmers from all backgrounds and checking out some of the fantastic facilities at our Beyond Swim venues. We have also had several questions that we’d like to address below. You will find these and more in our FAQs section.
Has Sh2out been replaced?
Beyond Swim is replacing SH2OUT and it is the new Open Water Swimming offer created by Triathlon England, supported by RLSS UK and Swim England.
There is nowhere near me on the accredited venue list, why?
We want to support as many venues as possible with this initiative so as a result we would love to add venues near you.
If you have a venue(s) you use then please let us know, or alternatively please mention Beyond Swim to them and ask them to get in touch, we would be delighted to hear from them.
I had a problem checking in online for my swim, can I still log the swim afterwards?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know the date, time, and venue of your swim and what the problem checking in was and we will do our best to get this sorted for you.
I can’t find my membership number/card
Beyond Swim members do not need a membership number or card. To confirm membership status with a venue please show them your welcome email. To check in for a swim you need to scan the QR code on the check in poster at your venue and then log in to the account area on the Beyond Swim website.
I have received my welcome pack, but I am missing my Beyond Swim hat and/or Huub goggles voucher

I can’t work out how to book a swim with the 20% discount at a venue
Please take a good look at the specific venue information as venues each have their own booking systems and may have a slightly different way of doing things. If you are still having some problems, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve entered the wrong information on my account, how do I change it?
If you’ve made any spelling mistakes or errors, then please email them to email@example.com with the correction and we can get your account changed for you.
